Our Food Truck is equipped with two wood ovens made in Italy as per the Neapolitan tradition. The temperature will rise to 900⁰F to cook the thin crust pizzas in less then 3 minutes

Since 2020, Sébastien Langelier, a partner since 2018, has taken the reins of the company with his partner Mélanie Leblanc. Continuing the tradition, but with their own unique touch, they offer a winning formula for your gatherings with friends and corporate parties.
