Set up

The set up must take place on a private property, not on public roads (other than if you’ve obtained a city permit), and on a flat surface, no major slope.

Deposit

50% of the total amount must be paid upon booking of your Casa M Pizza event, and the remaining 50% is to be paid the day of the event. You can make your deposit by Interac transfert, Visa or MasterCard. 

Cancellation policy

A three-week notice must be given for cancelling an event. A 50% fee will be charged for cancellation. If the cancellation notice is within less than 3 weeks from the event, the 50% deposit will not be reimbursed.

Transport

There is a $275 base fee for events within 50 km of Rosemont. Additional $2 per km (back and forth) will be charged after 50 km.
